Maybe there could be a lottery function? You can buy tickets for x amount of prey points, and every x days (maybe every Friday?) the winner would be drawn. (Or, maybe, if enough members participated, there could be two or three winners – first, second, and third place winners would get varying amounts of the prey points given for tickets.)
