I hate Tumblr so much. The staff is incompetent and the community has all manner of things wrong with it.
Why do I go on it every single day?Pretty sure it baffles most design people studying User Interface/User Experience… because like… here's all these things that should be turning off the general population, especially our generation, giving a decline to the amount of people using it, but we continue using the app and the website for some odd reason?

I think it's just a matter of one of these poorly thought out changes being made once there's a viable competitor.
Most people just seem to stay on Tumblr because there's not much in the way of sites that fill the same niche.

nothing that has quite the same steady flow of information… they haven't really changed scrolling experience at all…
too bad that they drove off x-kit guy…
hope that dude gets a good steady job somewhere doing good things…
