Teezy
I do follow a pretty good group of people right now but even with that that spread of misinformation and mudslinging pops up every now and then. There's was also quite a lot of those “I see you not reblogging this!” posts a few months which I find especially irksome.
Those sorts of posts take advantage of good-hearted peoples' compassion and that's not right.
(Also long story short: I joined a cult once, which is a wild tale I should tell sometime, and a lot of the guilt tripping and callout type stuff you see in certain prominent sectors of tumblr is uncomfortably reminiscent of tactics I saw used there. Toxic's a very apt word for that sort of stuff.)
Though all that said the site's not all bad, of course. It's a great way to get my art some exposure and the bird blogs I've been following since I first joined back in 2010ish have been consistently pleasant.
