I've traveled a lot but I'm not certain how I really feel about it…?? like going far-off places and seeing far-off things is awesome but given the choice between that and staying home doing the same things I do every day, I could pick either
within the US, I've passed through most of the western states on road trips, been to new york and new jersey twice (once on a school trip and once to visit pine!!), and my grandparents have taken my family to hawaii a few times. also we're practically on the canadian border up here so I've been there a number of times too, but never outside of BC I don't think. in high school I got to take a two-week trip to japan, and I've been with the local symphony orchestra on their “tours” (excuses to travel) to australia + a few days in fiji, and italy + an afternoon in switzerland and layover in a german airport (couldn't go outside, though).
by my count, I have been on thirty flights in my lifetime, and six of them were 10-ish hours, and I still hate planes……
I met Sunneth and Spellmaster irl!!!!!!!!!! starclan allowed us to cross paths in italy. it was beautiful.
this is still kind of unbelievable in the coolest way
