I'm not very good at advice, but I'll try and answer as best I can
Firstly, it's entirely okay to not be sure what you want to do with your life. There seems to be this expectation that everyone should have a definite career in mind and do everything in a very structured way in order to progress to that career; but although work is an important part of life, I'd personally say that enjoyment is more important than ambition. Having that sense of working towards a specific goal can, in some cases, be rewarding; but conversely, it can also be incredibly disappointing if one is unable to attain that goal. There's no shame in being flexible in regard to what you want to do, and as I say, it can be a positive thing
Regarding jobs, perhaps keep an eye on the local job market and if you do find a job that looks like it would be more satisfying than your current work, try to find out as many details as possible about it. Secretarial work is a great thing to have on your CV as it shows good communication skills, which are important in the majority of jobs; and your current workplace doesn't necessarily have to know you're looking elsewhere, as a job applications often have a “Do not contact reference/current employer before interview” option.
I'm not so good at knowing how to make friends (I just seem to have had the good fortune to be in places and situations that involve me making a lot of friends) but if you have Skype, you're always welcome to join the WW group chat if you'd like people to talk to I've admittedly been wanting to send you a PM on here for ages to say hi as you're one of several people from the forum I'd like to befriend, but haven't got round to it partly because I'm a bit shy and partly because I'm really bad at keeping PM conversations going
But feel free to message me if you feel like a chat at any point ^.^
