I think everyone should be able to contribute in the podcast, but maybe we should have core people? Just to make it have some continuity
Ya, have a couple people who run/host it who are on each week (or however often) and then for each show, bring in a couple special guests. This would allow anyone who wants to hop into a show every now and then the chance to join the hosts. I watch/listen to a podcast sometimes called the Mindcrack Podcast, where they use this method and it works really well.
